INVOICE PAYMENT: Please transfer funds to the WVU InfoStations using Internal Transfer in Mountaineer Marketplace. Select WVU University Relations as the Supplier, enter the Invoice number in the Product Description and enter the credit amount. We will enter the rest of the credit account information. If paying by check, remit to WVU and mail to PO Box 6530 Morgantown, WV 26506. Please reference invoice number on check. Once funds are received we will order all necessary equipment.

DATA AND POWER REQUIREMENTS: All power and data must comply with the InfoStations cut sheets that will be provided.

Prices subject to change after 30 days. If actual costs exceed quote total your department will receive a bill for the remaining balance due. WVU InfoStations will be the sole contact for ordering and purchasing digital signage equipment and software for your WVU InfoStations. WVU InfoStations requires that all funding be allocated prior to the ordering and purchase of the specific equipment.
