Video and Multimedia Production
We are committed to staying up-to-date with video equipment and new approaches to storytelling. With cinema-style video cameras, GoPros, 360-degree cameras and aerial drones, we stay on the cutting edge of visual storytelling. We maintain a high-definition television studio and operate a high-definition Ku-band digital satellite uplink that showcase WVU faculty on national television outlets.
We also create video content and produce live, captioned, multi-camera webcasts for major University events such as: Commencement, New Student Orientation, Campus Conversations, and the President's annual State of the University Address.
Visual Storytelling and Editing
Have a story worth telling? One of the best ways to capture that story is through video -- and we can help bring it to life. We can elevate your story by planning, shooting and editing a final cut to be shared with your audience or encoded and electronically-distributed to broadcasters, radio stations, FTP-servers or YouTube.
Motion Graphics and Animation
We can make any media production spark to life with high-quality motion graphics and animation.
Technical Video Engineering
We install and maintain new studio equipment, computer workstations, and are licensed to operate satellite uplink. We are also responsible for the system administration of University Relations' digital asset management system – CatDV.
Audio
Need voiceover work or help finding the right piece of music for your next video? With audio recording booth and annual music license contracts, we have you covered.
