- When you have a design idea for a WVU branded product choose a licensee to work with. Click here for a complete list of up to date licensees
- When you place your order, complete and submit the product request form.
- The licensee submits the artwork draft to WVU Brand and Trademark Licensing for review.
- A decision is made about the artwork. If changes are needed, WVU Brand and Trademark Licensing communicates with the licensee prior to the order being filled.
